Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Very good product, easy to assemble having a bit of manual skills and an Electrician cord for the passage of the cable in the appropriate spaces up to the screen of the car .. good quality of the image, even if I still haven't tried it in all functions... highly recommended!!!
Works perfectly fine, easy installation if you already have an android radio installed in the car. Only problem, the 64GB memory card is not working. Even after installtion and restarting, the device says no card installed.

The installation and networking was easy, at first the warning and the path did not work, but after a day of starting to work automatically, I think the settings were incorrect. The memory that was with the product worked for a day and then broke down and I bought a memory and it works well. A very nice and important product, imaging is very clear and easy to handle. You must provide a memory with a large capacity of less thing, because the capacity of 32 GB does not accommodate more than 6 hours recording and then the program to delete the old records. Thank you
