Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

🌵💚 I am absolutely in love with this cactus-themed cat tree! My feline friend has been using it non-stop. It's a great size, not too big but plenty of room for her to climb and play. The hammock is so cute, she loves lounging there during the day while watching birds outside the window. Plus, the scratching post with sisal rope is an added bonus – no more scratched furniture around here! Overall, very sturdy construction and well worth every penny spent.
